The Sea Pines Forest Preserve spans approximately 605 acres. 8 miles of trails are offered, which are located alongside old logging trails and ante-bellum rice dikes. The preserve also features observation decks, fishing docks, bridles paths, wetland boardwalks and more.

Audubon Newhall Preserve
Flora and fauna abound at the pristine Audubon Newhall Preserve. Birds such as turkey vultures, Carolina chickadees, and ruby-throated hummingbirds can be spotted, as well as butterflies, deer and other forms of wildlife. A variety of tree species are located throughout the preserve, many of which have been catalogued and marked for all to enjoy.
